I have missed my appointment before and they’re super nice to call back and follow up and schedule me in their cancellation spots. Super convenient, they text at the 15-20 min mark so you can go pick your dog back up. The friendliest groomers, no doggy anxiety here. Also a great doodle cut. Definitely recommend!

The Velvet Hound lives up to its name in service and the quality of their work. The check-in process is thorough yet streamlined and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are half-height cubicles with comfortable beds for your babies to rest while waiting and the grooming is completed in plain view so you know it’s safe. My corgi-mix strutted out of the groomery looking and smelling like a supermodel! After this experience, we are now loyal customers. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience for your pet’s pampering, the Velvet Hound is the place!

This is the best place. Our dog Ginger can’t wait to get into the door. Pepper is bashful , but once there is happy. The staff is fantastic, the get to know the dogs and the grooming is the best. Thank you for the great job you do!

This is a very clean place utilizing pens and not cages. I drop my standard poodle Toby off at 7 AM and get him back at 9 AM. The staff if very friendly and the quality of the grooming is excellent. Toby never appears to be stresses and is always happy when I pick him up. I highly recommend this place.

The staff are incredibly friendly and did such a great job with my pup Cedar. I dropped in without an appointment for a nail trim and grind and they were able to do it quickly with lots of care. Couldn't be happier with this place! The groomer was such a sweet person and did an excellent job. The boy is no longer snagging blankets with his long nails! Will be visiting again.
